Cardboard Sculpture
Intro: Let’s make a cardboard sculpture without any glue. What will you create? Is it something you have seen before in real life? Is it something imaginary?
Materials: Scissors, empty paper towel and toilet paper rolls, empty cardboard boxes, and empty cereal boxes. If you don’t have scissors you can rip the cardboard.
Grades K-2
Step 1: Watch video on cardboard sculptures: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5ehwpM230OM
Step 2: Look for materials that you can use for your sculpture.
Step 3: Cut 6-10 cardboard shapes.
Step 4: Cut 3-5 notches into each shape.
Step 5: Slide the shapes together at the notches to make a sculpture.
Step 6: Share in Seesaw: Take a picture :photo:: or video :video: :mic: of your sculpture or email.

Hagamos una escultura de cartón sin pegamento. ¿Qué harás?
¿Es algo que has visto antes en la vida real? ¿Es algo imaginario?
Materiales: Toallas de papel vacías y rollos de papel higiénico, cajas de cartón vacías, cajas de cereales vacías y tijeras. Si no tienes tijeras, puedes usar las manos para cortar rompiendo las figuras de cartón y las ranuras.

Paso 2: Buscar materiales que puedas usar para tu escultura.
Paso 3: Cortar 6-10 figuras/formas geométricas de cartón.
